2. Artisanal Stoneware & Character Variations

Each piece at Marin Clayworks is formed by hand from natural clay and glazed with raw minerals in reduction kilns. Because of the handmade craft process:

• Subtle variations in glaze pooling, speckling, color depth, and dimension are natural and celebrated hallmarks of authentic studio pottery.
• These variations are not defects; they ensure every plate, mug, and vase possesses individual character.
• All product photography accurately represents our current studio glaze palettes under natural California daylight.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payments are authorized and processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the credit card or payment method provided.

4. Sales Tax

Sales taxes are calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination in compliance with applicable United States state and local tax regulations.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
